RecruitingBlogscom

you can go to http://www2.sandbox.google.com to try it out
Looks exactly the same but acts a little differently!

Promises to give more diversity in search results. instead of getting 30 hits on the first page all from one company or topic it will give a greater variety of search results from a variety of topics.

Examples given
Search Bing in regular Google.com and all hits are focused around Bing the new Microsoft Search Engine

Search the Caffeinated version of google and
you'll get
Bing MS search engine
Bing Crosby
Bing Nursery School
etc

I think this is mostly going to affect "short tail searches/ers"
those searches with one or two words

Long tail searches 5 + search terms which attempt to add more context won't be changed that much...

Although Google is claiming that most users won't notice a big difference and that this should only be noticed by Super Users...So I guess we'll see if Caffeine can pass the Mustard...

yes that was a bad pun not a spelling error.....

So great ready to RE-optimize your web sites....
