I "thank you" for your reply but I'm confused as it made no sense. If you have "nothing to do reply to someone else who makes no sense and you will be in good company!

your reply for your own review; just the recruiter who got fired for stealing. nobody else i have ever heard of.

It seems like many companies are using BountyJobs to fill their resume coffers. Check out the "open dates" on positions. Some are open for 6+ months. After sending a candidate in, you lose your exclusivity right after 6 months. So Company A posts for a Sales Manager, gets resumes for 6 months, closes the opening on BountyJobs, and then starts going through the resumes that are six months old.

Ron - Sandra was referring to a very recent thread here about a recruiter who "moonlighted" a placement through BJs and got fired for it. So her reply was quite relevent. Sorry you missed the connection.

Not quite sure why you had to slam her but to each his own I guess.

Ron, you must be new to RecruitingBlogs and new to recruiting, welcome to both. I say that because you are asking about BJ and it's success rate. Plus if you would have searched BJ first you would have read how much success all of us full desk recruiters have had using BJ and you would have known what Sandra was talking about and wouldn't have tried to jab her the way you did. I hope my picture with my son passes your approval. We are waiting on our BJ check to come in before we can go to a professional. Well good luck in your new career and your success in BJ and I hope you have much success in Aerospace and Defense.

Hi Ron,

Our firm has had 6 hires through Bounty Jobs. We were one of the first firms to sign on with them when they were first getting going. They always have paid us on time and given great customer service.

There are more recruiters now on there working the job orders. We still have success with BJ, though our direct clients get more of our attention. Part of your success on BJ is knowing how to utilize the system to decide what job orders are 'hot" and clients are sincere; you create a good relationship with the client hiring manager, third is to submit outstanding candidates and fourth is is to immediate communicate a concern if you ever fell there is a concern.

Some of our Recruiting Business graduates have had hires with them also. Again, part of it is knowing how to "work their system" and of course, be great at what you do. We've been pleased..and have gotten some great clients and candidates...and an extra $100k+ with no sales/client development time.

No, but one of my cndidates told me they were approached by the client to get hired, but had to wait 3 months to avoid paying the recruiting fee. Called Bounty, got little attention, I think that must happen alot. Would stay away.
