Health care recruiter rookie

I am a newbie in the recruiting industry...I have excellent contacts in the health care industry(as I worked in a hospital in a different capacity for 10 years) and I have a degree in HR management. I would like to start a virtual recruiting agency but I don't know where to start! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...
