I'm wandering that, is there a web platform, online tool or network platform, which can sent group messages and email for me?
And, if add some other tools in it will be better, such as IM, Video interview.

And, I used to worked on a Referral Network Platform, it does not work perfectly, I posted several jobs on that platform ( free is good to me :)), and the applicants can chat and video with me on that platform, But, you know, as a HR I am busy some times. But applicants message come to me in anytime, so....

But this plat form is a good group sender, it sends messages to people on DIFFERENT IMs for me, oh, I love that.

Then, I'm wandering that, is there a tool works as well as that web site, but also filters applicants for me？　
Do I want too much, or I should connect the web site, and give them some suggestion?
