Hi All. I have been working as a Virtual Sourcer/Recruiter in the Transportation, Logistic and Manufacturing fields for about a year. I prefer the sourcing end and come with a high recommendation from my current company. I am interested in working on a W-2 only. I am a mature, disciplined female and have a quiet virtual office with no distractions. I am experienced in working with search engines, job boards, posting, initial contact with candidates to generate interest and phone interviews. A weekly salary plus commissions with a minimum commitment of hours from me is desired.
