Hi All,
So far, 172 people have taken the "Are You a Social Recruiter?" self-assessment survey I launched in January, and there have been some interesting findings.
For example:
- Only 6% of recruiters are using video clips of hiring managers to convey information in their own words about the opportunity.
- Only 14% of respondents allow potential candidates to express interest in a job without formally applying
- 50% of respondents have not done anything with blogs
If you'd like to get my report on the findings, leave a comment/reply to this post.
If you'd like to take the self-assessment to see where you stack up against your peers, go to http://www.AreYouASocialRecruiter.com
Happy Recruiting,
Jeff
