There is no doubt that the content you write that ends up on the leader board gets the most attention. I want to suggest a way that you can make your blog posts or forum discussions stand out. One idea really comes to mind.

When you publish your post and it gets approved, go to that post and click the share button in the title of the post. Then, choose the share with your friends on RecruitingBlogs.com option and click the send to all and press send.

Your friends on RecruitingBlogs.com will get an email letting them know you have shared your post with them.
