I am on a call with an Attorney and after presenting the opportunity and the Attorney politely listening he/she than tells me thank you but I am not interested looking at new opportunities at this time. I will than say OK let me change hats from recruiting to networking. I say to the Attorney you now know what the requirements are for this position. Whom do you know that has the best background for this position? I preface that with I understand that you may not know anyone that is looking but do know someone with the right background. The Attorney most likely will still respond with I don't know anyone looking right now. How do you get around that question or what is your comeback response?
Thanks so much for any help that anyone can give me on this!!!!
