About the company:
- Small, about 20 employees
- There will be 4 users of the software
- Specialize in IT
Software needed:
- software that will know if we have contacted the candidate in the past
- Create a database of the candidates and their resumes and does not allow multiple entries (so there is no multiplied efforts by the staffers)
- Simple
- Tracks progress of candidate
- Keeps track of the candidate's location, visa status, pay rate, etc
- Can search through database of resumes by key words, location, etc
- Pluses to the software would be: some kind of email integration, resume formatting, ability to search various job boards (paid and non paid)
List I have narrowed down to:
cBizOne
Bullhorn
StaffingSoft
Did not like Taleo
Tried Newton - very helpful and simple, but did not fit our needs
Trying Maxhire next week
