What would YOU wish for?
A crystal ball that would determine if a candidate was telling you the truth?
A database of fool-proof candidates?
This could even just be a tool that you wish existed that would make your life as a recruiter a bit easier.
Am interested in hearing your all's thoughts!

Either the candidate is off the market before the Hiring Manager pulls the trigger or you find the perfect candidate a week after the positions went away. If time wasn't a factor we'd all have 150 placements a year & be living on a tropical island somewhere.

I couldn't even begin to count the times that I've said to myself, "If only I'd found you a few months ago when I had position 'x' to fill!" Love your idea of the 150 placements per year. I'm not doing the math because it's rainy and awful outside today (and would make me covet that tropical island even more!) Thanks for commenting.
