Dear All, I have observed that most of the recruiting here is in the USA or Canada but then I don't read every word posted so maybe I missed the International people.
I have an overqualified candidate now living in Germany that is a specialist in airport development. So the fact is that many places need an airport but can't afford it and the developed countries are cutting back on flights not adding. So perhaps project management or research? This is a really nice person who is pretty willing to do anything but has been unemployed for over a year now and getting pretty desperate.
