Donato,  what are you using now?  Do you plan on using this as a full ATS?

 

I was the technical recruiter for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/NAV partner and I did not use it as an ATS.  The reason that there are only a handful of vendors with staffing add-ons is because Microsoft has spent many marketing dollars on industries like manufacturing, construction, finance and others.  Staffing is not a target for a stand alone industry or add-on to the industries mentioned above by Microsoft, only ISV's.  Microsoft sees enough dollars on the actual core industries.

We use it as our business/leads/sales CRM and partnerships with Job Boards and ATSs, but not for recruiting. Like any software tool, you have to use it to really benefit.  Have not heard of anyone that uses Dynamics for recruiting.  Interesting.

Hi Donato, not to shamelessly "shill" our product, but PCRecruiter is used for both Recruiting AND as a Sales CRM tool.  PCRecruiter's technology is Microsoft-based, plus our new Portal product integrates [embeds] our toolbar directly into MS Outlook 2007/2010, thereby synching your emails, contacts, and calendar--all within Outlook & PCR instantly.  It's a game-changer.  [OK, commercial over!]

My business uses Dynamics CRM 2011 as a tactical 'Management Recruiter'.
