I am working as an H.R Staffing consultant ( 1 Yr old ) in a reputed consulting firm in Bangalore.
I have few questions haunting me ...
1> Is recruitment the best profile of H.R ? ?
2> What are other corners in H.R you can touch through recruitment ??
3> Is recruitment profile good for long lasting careers ??
4> What about the CTC part ? which profile in H.R is highly paid ? ( Because money also matters )
5> How should a H.R Recruiter shape his / her life of H.R ?
