I recently started using an application called Calltrunk. Let's just say that there's always room for improvement as a recruiter in an ever-evolving industry. Each call that I place (land-line, mobile, or Skype) through Calltrunk is recorded, and immediately stored in the cloud for instant review.
This application uses voice recognition software to create a searchable record for all of your phone calls. So, if for example, you had a client that spits out job order specs at 50 miles a minute, you can type any of those keywords into the Calltrunk search engine - called ARGO search - and locate exactly where those words were spoken in the recorder timeline.
