Job Board Software

I was hoping someone could give me good sound advice.  Our site is adding a job board for the entertainment industry.  It is mostly for agent to post Modeling and Acting opportunities (casting calls...).

Since it will be a free service for our members we want to make it free.  So I am looking for a low cost system (maybe open source and free) that will work with my existing PHP, MYSQL Social Network Site.

Also, we want specific jobs backloaded to our site that are specific to these areas of entertainment and was wondering if anyone can point me to an aggregator that could supply the jobs to backfill our site

Jobthread seems to have a comprehensive program, including revenue earned on clicks and postings
