About 3-4 months ago there was a company that was advertising a new BI software that they created. I looked at it briefly at the time, but now I can't remember the name to save my life. 

Does anyone remember this software. The concept was that you could put in a city/state and a skill set and they would show the results on a level of difficulty scale.
