1) Have you noticed that Linkedin made a change in their new Endorsement function.

You can no longer delele an endorsement that you want to remove. I was able to do so until this week. 

Does anyone have a way to do that?

2) Have you noticed that the new Linkedin format does not allow you change a Tag from the profie of the person?   You can still do so from the Connections section, but that is very time consuming, making the Tags feature almost useless.  I wrote to Linkedin about this and they basically said - that's just how it will be!
