Looking for a FULLY BILINGUAL RECRUITER in Santiago de Chile!!!

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently looking for a Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish) Lead Recruiter in Santiago de Chile. As a Recruiting Lead you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of talent acquisition services to our business units.

Some of the requirements are:

-Excellent English oral and written communication skills (MANDATORY)
-5-7 years demonstrated track record of success and client satisfaction in a high volume multi-client recruiting environment.
-3-5 years experience leading recruiting teams in a corporate or agency environment.
-Excellent project/program management skills.
-Ability to craft and articulate sensitive messages to senior level business leaders.
-Outstanding proficiency in MS Office products, resume tracking systems and vendor management tools.
-Global experience preferred
-Strong working knowledge of local salaries and other compensation details
-Sense of urgency, experience working in fast paced environment
-Strong network in Chile

I unfortunately am not bilingual, so I would not qualify for this particular position. However, I am open to domestic and international travel and would consider relocation outside the US. If you have anything in the future, keep me in mind. I've attached my resume.
