Looking for split partners in Accounting & Finance
Dear fellow recruiters:
We are looking for split placement partners who want to increase their revenue. Our firm is a boutique recruiting firm focusing on job orders within professional services organizations (consulting & public accounting firms). Most of our roles are in tax, audit & financial advisory such as M&A, forensic accounting and litigation support. Most of our roles are in the Midwest and Northeast ranging from $80K to $500K in base salaries, with most agreements at 25% of base salary.

I have 6 years of Recruiting experience in several areas including Accounting + Finance throughout North America. I am based in Canada. I am wondering if your associates must be from the Chicago area itself or are you open to someone like me who resides in Canada?
