Maren Hogan Officially Joins RecruitingBlogs as CMO

I'm really excited today because Maren Hogan has accepted an offer to become our new Chief Marketing Officer at RecruitingBlogs.com. It's good.

Maren has been doing some amazing things with RecruitingBlogs.com and all of the other development we have going on here. Maren started helping many many months ago and it has rapidly scaled to the point where she was at a full time level. We had a number of conversations about it and we both thought it made sense to make it a real full time position and I'm really happy about it.

I was blown away initially by the logos and pictures she created for RecruitingBlogs.com Then I was blown away at the conversations around marketing and ideas to help with RecruitingBlogs.com. Then people started commenting a lot on the daily emails we send out every day. Then it seemed she was involved in all of the projects going on and it got to a point where Miles and I really seemed to depend on Maren for almost everything we do here.

I consider myself lucky to know her and to work with her and RecruitingBlogs.com is definitely a stronger company because of Maren's involvement. I hope if you see her around today, you stop and say hello and wish her congratulations.

That is exciting news, Julia, but I really think you should consider a sequel to Pretty Woman in your spare time.
