Monster TargetMail?

I'm wondering if anyone has tried out monster.com's TargetMail product? If so, what do you think of it? Is it worthwhile? What is the pricing structure like?

Sarah, the problem with TargetMail is that it can't figure out who is a passive applicants and who is active. You will need a solution that crosses this barrier and reaches a target group within a reasonable budget.
