Hello all!

I wanted to introduce myself, as I've been looking through blog/discussion posts and admiring everyone's extensive experience in the recruiting field. I graduated from Western Michigan University last December in HR/Psychology. I work at an Allied Health staffing firm in Bethesda, Maryland. Been here for 3 months, and so far, really enjoying the work and all the great professional experience I'm gaining in full-cycle recruiting.

Everyone's posts have been extremely insightful & I hope to learn from you all.
