New Recruiter

Hello!
I'm looking for some insight on how to start your own independant recruitment company.
My experence is within the IT industry (16 years) and part of my job as a leader was to hire high preforming talent.

Can anyone provide some helpful tips? Example; how to reach out to the right hiring personal with potential customers? Help network sites? Contracts?

Most of all, how do you determine the fee to charge potential customers?

Where are you located? Can you send me your resume? I'd be happy to share some of my learning. I started NYCREX 5 years ago, and was a Product Manager in the internet (online marketing, ecommerce, online advertising) space prior to becoming a recruiter. Hi Steven, Thank-you for the reply! I'm located in Toronto, Ontario-Canada. At the moment, the only resume on-hand is the actually resume I sumitted for jobs. Would you like to see this one?
