Hello Everyone!

I have commented on a few discussion posts and figured I might want to introduce myself. My name is George and I am new to the site (obviously). I have worked both in the IT recruiting field and in most entry to mid level positions in IT (Help Desk, Desktop Support, Analyst, Systems Administrator) for the past 10 years.

After flirting with the idea for the past few years, I decided to take a step out on faith and start my very own staffing agency this year. It is something I have been passionate about since I first started in the staffing industry several years ago but just never felt the time was right for me personally. I am still a bit nervous about it as I don't consider myself to know all about recruiting but confident enough in my skills and abilities to grow into a successful and most of all ethical agency. 

Well I didnt mean to get on a soapbox but I just wanted to introduce myself and hope to find some mentors and future friends to join me in this exciting journey into the next step in my career.
