New to recruiting

Hi,

 

I am a new recruiter in the field and I have the following questions:

 

  1. What major job boards should I be using to scout talent?
  2. How do I identify passive candidates?
  3. How do conduct social recruiting?  (For example, many candidates now hide their public profiles.  Is there a way to view their profile anyway?)
