If you were going to be a part of a new venture (small staffing firm) as both operations manager/producer, what would you look for in terms of salary and percentage of company owned? Keep in mind that you would be making ZERO capital investment but would run virtually all daily aspects of the business. Any thoughts?

If you are considering something like this, why not just do it yourself? You need very little capital to start, just enough savings until billings come in, like six months salary in the bank, and maybe you could get a line of credit for that. Actually capital to start is almost zero if you start out of your home, just your computer and phone.

If you're going to be running the business, you might as well own it.
