We are building a very unique recruiting firm - some of the members of recruitingblogs know about me and my firm Recruitfest...we've
grown since then and made some changes.  We have clients, we have
contingent jobs, we have retained searches, we need at least one good person to
get to the next level.  If you are in recruiting or sales and have come to
the realization that on the agency side there are really only 3 jobs;
recruiter, sales or owner and you're not the owner why not partner with someone
who has laid the groundwork?

Someone once said to me "everyone knows that anyone that's any good in this business eventually goes out on their
own." That stuck with me and I have a lot of collaborators that I'll tell
you about and introduce you to though what I really need is one reliable person
who wants to grow a company more than anything else.  Do you have some experience
