Christopher - so far in my search I really haven't found much that I would consider investing my time into for recruiting splits. There are well-established ones out there - Top Echelon, etc. though that seem to do very well. What I have found is that looking up members here at RBC that are in your particular marketplace is a great way to go. Yesterday I introduced a candidate to my client from a recruiter here. Also have several of my own candidates in the loop with another recruiters client from here. So just look some people up and get to know them - you'll be impressed with some of the people here. I sure am.
Rafael - I have invited Bountyjobs to this conversation. I'm sure they've been here and decided NOT to answer the questions. Which is odd really. From watching THIS VIDEO I can tell Jeremy Lappin is a nice guy and interested in the growth of his company. Can't quite figure out why he wouldn't want to come say hello to 15,000 recruiters.......
Jerry - You might want to send your question to bounty jobs directly. I doubt they troll blogs to see if someone has questions for them. Their email is posted rather prominently on their website - headhunters@bountyjobs.com
Actually, they do. They've popped in here before and responded to questions. Most savvy companies do monitor buzz about them online and nip negative stuff in the bud whenever appropriate before the viral effect gets out of hand.
I'd love to hear more from them about success stories and some real numbers as to how many jobs are being filled.
I noticed a new entry into this market, TalentAlliance maybe, or something like that, and one thing that I thought was interesting was that they have a running numbers total for all to see, something like 1.5 million in fees out there, but also 750,000 in fees earned...and they are a new one. I'd love to see Bounty do something similar. If their numbers are that impressive, why not emphasize it more?

Jerry,
I would be surprised if they have over 1000 fills in the few years that they have been open and then how many actually stayed filled. My firm filled 2 on the site and both refunded. Newer companies will always stretch the truth to make themselves look good.
