If headshots, I mean if shots to the head are not entertaining...stay way from The Walking Dead.
I was a bit behind on this one, but watched last night. My wife always asks how can you watch that show about zombies, and I try to tell her that is about humans. The zombies are merely the backdrop. What a great opener and look forward to the group making it to the farm. Things should get real interesting then. And how about the ratings? 7.3 million viewers shattered all previous records for AMC.
Permalink Reply by Valentino Martinez on October 20, 2011 at 9:35pm I'm convienced it's not so much mayhem that we're attracted to, but survival against potential mayhem done to us. And who can resist taking out a zombie with a head-shot with an assortment of weapons, e.g., gun, bat, sword, spike, axe or kitchen sink?

February? Really? You have to be kidding me........
Sidenote: Not sure how I feel about Shane turning to the dark side so quickly in front of group.
Permalink Reply by Valentino Martinez on December 2, 2011 at 3:34am Shane was always depicted as a bit of an opportunist and it finally caught up to him. He's defined by his ability to cheat when the cheat'n is good; throw fellow humans to the Walkers while he escapes; and threatening old men who bust him on his flawed gamesmenship.
It's just a matter of time before the Walkers get to feed on him or the show's hero blasts him in the lower extremities.
I would say good riddance, but the show may need him for the intrigue he brings as a bad guy among the good guys trying to avoid the really bad guys.
