Pay 4 Performance means exactly what it's name implies.  Now when posting a job the hiring manager can select the criteria and define what he or she iswilling to pay for the desired result. 

 

With the soon to be launched user friendly interface, the sourcer can define, requirements, skill sets, years of experience, degrees, etc.  As the candidates reply to a post they must meet the pre-defined requirements set by the post creator.  Upon successful passage through the job posts defined criteria a more precise candidate is delivered.  The end goal is the right hire in less time do to a users defined criteria.
