Permanent Recruitment Fees for the Middle East

Hello,  

I wanted to see if anyone had recruited in the Middle East? Can you tell me what is considered as standard permanent recruitment fees for this region? The type of recruitment is Information Technology, CIO, Project Managers, B/A, Implementation Consultants, Architects, Testers, support etc thank you Michelle

My experience has been 15-20%, if you are lucky 25%. Only contingency searches though, nothing retained. Have had several requests in thisdirection and that is where the benchmark seemed to be.
