Ashwin, your question is poignant - which product suits the best for EVERY recruiter and why? Think about it, recruiters live on the Internet, on Email and on the phone. You need a product that integrates all three to save you time so that the software works the way you do and not the other way around. Bullhorn is the only product that integrates all 3 key aspects of the way you recruit - it is fully Web-based, has integrated Email and supports mobile devices, plus will support text messaging and Skye later this year. It's a great value and we have a range of price points to meet the different needs of recruiters. Full disclosure, I do work for Bullhorn.
