Hi All,

I wanted to get some discussions going about RIA and how Rich Internet Applications are at the forefront of today's design. I am seeing more and more of these type of requirements from my clients and wanted to share thoughts and ideas as to how best to locate these Flex professionals. Adobe has been making these development suites for years, but I am seeing that most of the people who actually know Flex and Flash are all working at Adobe.

Are there any Flex guru's out there that want to work in the Silicon Valley?
