I’m placing a licensed nursing home administrator candidate in an interim position for six months in PA. I’ve never done and interim placement before and was wondering what the prevailing rate is for a fee? I was thinking 33%? For example, this candidate will be getting paid $45/hr so I we would bill the client an additional $15/hr.
