I hope this is relevant to most of you! A couple tech recruiter friends indicated that other recruiters may be interested in passing on contracts for a referral commission based on project earnings.

So my question is: are recruiters looking for this sort of partnership?

From what I’ve seen it appears recruiter companies have many existing partnerships to fill these gaps, but, I don’t know how much they profit from them.  Seems like there could be some good opportunities for business.

I recently partnered with consulting company to deliver high quality IT and web projects so I am interested to have some conversations around this, so please feel free to let me know your opinions.
