Research Application Support Analyst for 6 months contract @ Cambridge MA
- Should have done application support Tier 2/3 for a Biotech company. Should have some familiarity with Scientific applications. Should have some experience working with Linux and UNIX OS, with 5 years in a customer/application support environment.
* You need to be in front of customers and the group you will be supporting has about 100 users.
