Resume Database Spidering

I am relatively new to Recruiting - been on the sales side of Staffing business for a long time with only surface knowledge of recruiting. I recently started my own firm (Tech staffing) and have a partner that I use for recruiting but would like to do more on my own.

Can anyone suggest a good service that searches multiple resume repositories? I have CareerBuilder subscription and I am not real impressed with them. If I am going to pay for a service I would like to pay for one that searches many databases (some of the big job boards as well as niche and skill set specific).

All suggestions appreciated from a Recruiting newbie!!

Something like 'sourcepoint' by AIRS, might be - or might not - be your cup of tea. However, if you're looking for something free, consider reading up on boolean logic and search techniques. In particular the xray technique. Then, by using something like Google CSE or Rollyo, you can automatically search a few sites at the same time.; ▶ Reply to This
