Something like 'sourcepoint' by AIRS, might be - or might not - be your cup of tea. However, if you're looking for something free, consider reading up on boolean logic and search techniques. In particular the xray technique. Then, by using something like Google CSE or Rollyo, you can automatically search a few sites at the same time.
