Season's Greetings!

With a new year around the corner, our thoughts turn to change, to rebirth, to resolutions.  I stopped making New Year's Resolutions years ago, I realized they were a waste of energy and effort for me.  I often changed gears or jumped track and it just made more sense for me to choose one thing to do better each week, whether it was exercise or how I ate or how I spoke to others - there is ALWAYS room for improvement.
