I've been following some local recruiters as they tweet and post on Linked In about jobs they are hiring for and just general recruiting communication. I see things like - "ladies - keep your cleavage to yourself" and "watch the booty crack in interviews". I find postings like this all the time from a younger generation of recruiters. I don't consider myself old (a recruiter since 1998), but I'm of the school of - that if you act like a professional and you'll be treated like a professional.
Any thoughts out there on this?
