Thank you very much for contributing to the discussion. I will take a look at iCIMS.
My initial thought is iCIMS is too much for our small company.
I will look for the SMB version?

I just ran across this listing today - I have been involved with SMB ATS selection for a number of years and have recently joined a vendor in March. As Caitrin already mentioned, in the SMB space, ICIMS is a logical product to take a look at and would invite you to also check out HRMDirect, we have a number of smaller clients (under 250) as well as larger ones (10,000+ employees). The scalability with your rapid growth and the various issues you have requested being addressed are all standard in our solution.

We use Resumate here at Palm Coast Data. Easy to use, off the shelf. Good support. Greg.

Thanks, Greg. I'll take a look at the Resumate. We have decided to allow Epiphany to make some upgrades for us, But I will take a look for future reference.

Thank you for participating in the survey, and for making a recommendation. We have had further communications with Epiphany and they are going to make some upgrades for us. I will take a look at swiftpro for future reference.

I am glad you  went to your vendor.  Everyone should do this.  Oftentimes, there is so much functionality that exists that is unknown to you, or your vendor may want your business and be willing to add stuff for you. 

It's not uncommon for our SonicRecruit applicant tracking software clients to call and say "you don't do this, or that," when the fact is we do.
