SPLIT FEE SAMPLE CONTRACT AND REGULAR CONTINGENCY CONTRACT

Hi all,

Does anyone have a sample/blank split fee agreement and a regular contingency contract client agreement they could share with me ASAP?

Btw, I have an Independent Contractor Recruiting Agreement that my lawyer drafted up, so I can share with anyone who needs this.

Young laid off agency recruiter attempting to start out on his own here. I am looking for generic agreements for perm placements.
