SplitsRUs.com - here's the deal, FYI

There are many invitations to the site posted and sent out. I wanted to share a message I received from the site when I had applied, for your information. See if this works for you.

All employer information will not be shown on the job posting, and you can choose your search fee, which you would need to let me know what to post, and it can be less than 50%, as your original search fee for your job order is only for you to know.

There is no cost for you to use SplitsRUs, only that SplitsRUs deducts 15% of your search fee that you offer on SplitsRUs as an administrative fee, and the referring recruiter gets the other 85% of your posted search fee.

I hope you had a wonderful holiday and are ready to get back to work. I just went to the site to check it out but seems to be no longer in operation. Do you have any additional information?

I'm pretty sure it didn't survive because the guy running the site lives in Hawaii and the time difference from the East to there, even Pacific time was too much. Plus communication if there was any was very hard to come by.
