Success stories from Pinterest

In recruitment today, there is a ton of buzz around social media.  I just joined Pinterest to test the waters.  I have read posts and blogs about Pinterest, but I would love to know a success story or two about someone who has used Pinterest to actively source and hire a candidate.

I thought that is what I would get Jerry.  I am always up to new techniques to source with new technologies, but I am still trying to figure this one out.
