Template for contract / hourly hire!

I've used the same basic template for contract / hourly hires the last 10 years. It needs to be updated and I wanted to see if anyone would share additional contracts. 1 contract would be between my company and the contractor and the 2nd contract between my company and the client.

I have been a contractor for the past three years for a small local firm and am trying to branch out and create additional business. I do not want to take my steady employer's contracts for ethical reasons. Would you mind sharing what you have with me?
