I had three conversations with with three third-party optimists this week [30% fee]. All three observed an improvement in the business climate [25% fee]. They said things were looking up for recruiters [20% fee]. Yippee! [18% fee with a 180-day guarantee].

Here's the way an optimistic Recruitomatic sees it...

With fewer corporate recruiters left after the cull there will be improved pickings for sure. But more meat on the bones for TPRs doesn't change the fact...we're feeding on a carcass. More road-kill anybody?
