I see the number of blog posts decreasing by number each week. The number of tweets on the other hand is on the rise. [22 characters to spare]

Is Twitter killing blogging? [7 characters too many]

Does the number of blog post decreasing have any affliation with the fact that people are seemingly busier actually recruiting again? (That's my excuse :) )
From your lips to a higher power's ears, Dan. Let's hope so!
Truth is I think there are many factors contributing to what appears to be fewer blog posts in our space. The reality might be different. Perhaps the problem is not so much volume as things like accessibility, readers' attention span, duplicate posting, lazy blogging.

Regardless, the opportunity for a "branded" blog or blogger to make a sustainable impact is increasingly obvious. One wonders why more people don't try it.
