I'm in the process of finding my training balance, and just finished the video:

I've always found that humor worked quite well when I was giving Internet recruiting seminars back when the earth's crust cooled, so I figured I'd try my hand at it again.

Anywhos, onto my question. How do you find YOU best learn? I myself best learn by throwing myself into ebooks and working at my own pace; I'm not a video learner at all myself. But I've been hearing that video learning is what most folks like...what do you think?
