can someone tell me if the the Ladders has recently changed their method of doing business? Why are they now offering free job posting? What's their business model? Anybody have success with them?

Hi Dawn - we are sending out a free trial tomorrow to the entire RBC community. The Ladders has a product call the passport which allows recruiters to search 100% free. The reason to your answer above is because job seekers pay them to reach their posters.
