As the Labor department reported on Thursday that new unemployment claims rose to a 26 year high, it is more important now than ever to be effective and efficient in a job search. I'm guesing that as this is a community of recruiters, there should be a wealth of tips and information for job seekers on what they need to do to get noticed by a recruiter.
